Our viewing room has a large one-way mirror and recording equipment for researchers to observe and document participant behaviour without direct interaction, and audio-visual equipment for conducting focus group discussions.
Rooms are available for conducting one-on-one interviews with participants, equipped with recording and streaming capabilities.
We offer a high-quality HD recording as standard, you will be sent to an MP3 audio and MP4 video format via a secured file sharing site.
We provide secure live streaming service to allow your clients to remotely observe research sessions in real-time from anywhere in the world.
We have everything you need. Large 4K Smart LED Screens are available in both rooms. An Owl Camera is available for conference set up. All rooms are covered with a secure and free WiFi network.
Complimentary tea, coffee and a selection of healthy snacks can be provided and client food platters can be prepared in advance. We are happy to accommodate all tastes and requirements.

The total space (both rooms) is 49sqm. The Space can comfortably hold up to 8 participants in an informal layout and 10 in a formal layout. Additionally, The Viewing Room can comfortably hold up to 12 observers.

Yes, our rental costs include one hour of free access before and after your research session, allowing you ample time for setup and debriefing.
Public transport is the quickest and easiest method of travel. We do not have parking spaces on site but there is a Fonthill Road public car park within 5 minutes walk of the Arts Building and on-street parking of up to 2hrs which both come with a charge and they are available on a first come first served basis.
We are environmentally conscious, so can provide limited B&W printing if required. However, we can assist you with printing arrangements as part of our admin support services, subject to additional charges.
